We called in Dale Saunders Ltd to replace bad piping from the mains water and to fit a Sure Stop Unit onto the new mains pipe to make life easier for us to shut off the mains water if needed. The job was in a difficult awkward position with very limited space to work in, but Danny did an exceptional job.. He explained what he needed to do and why. There was no fuss, very efficient, professional, clean working and friendly . We have used Dale Saunders Ltd on different jobs in the past we would highly recommend them to anyone. First class company, Well done.

DALE SAUNDERS PLUMBERS / BEXHILL

Had to call out Gas Emergency 3 times to shut off all fires. Had Dale Saunders plumbers attend same fire four times and gave it two full services.

The plumber who serviced it on two occasions, and being the last occasion, this Tuesday 13th Jan 2022, is a very experienced plumber and seems very competent. But for some reason, even he cannot stop the fire from leaking, when it is on.

Have spent in total, £640.00 for the four fires to be serviced, and to fit two new parts, with the part being supplied direct from the manufactures for another £280.

Dale Saunders and I agreed for another service, to waive all their rights, and I agreed as so to get another service, that after Tuesdays service, i could not come back to them if it goes wrong again.

Seems a bit unfair to be left in such a position, and they wondered why I lost my temper on a few occasions, and are now lucky enough to walk away Scott free.

Not very impressed problem arose June 2021 , took several days to finally get things fixed but initial engineer had switched off water supply and following engineer had never switched same ( in loft ) back on, causing whole heating and hot water system to shut down completely, so unimpressed had to call another company who found the failings and rectified same.

Dale , and his team have just upgraded our bathroom, and have done a fantastic job!

Excellent 5 Star service! Rang in the afternoon, ( phone answered in two rings!) Engineer Ben arrived the following morning.
Serious problems were flagged up by an Engineer from the company with whom we had an annual contract with ,with whom we were not at all happy.
Ben checked all the faults raised, found no problems and gave the boiler a clean bill of health.
Ben is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and efficient and is more than happy to explain what he is doing every step of the way.
We have no hesitation in highly recommending this company to anyone.( We have done already!)
