I have no hesitations in recommending DW Leisure, I'm very happy with my preloved Mercedes CLS Estate. Aside from being just a gorgeous machine, it was presented in immaculate condition. The buying process was done at a distance without physically seeing the car, which I've never done before, but David provided a very detailed video walk-through and was happy to address all questions I raised via messages, promptly and accurately. The whole process from start to finish was very professional, instilling the confidence that you really need on a big important purchase. Whilst prepping the car David was happy to arrange for a towbar to be fitted, and after the sale he responded helpfully to a very minor (auxiliary battery) issue that developed in the first few weeks. I am sure that if any other unforeseen issues arise they will be handled professionally too, although I am not expecting any as the car has clearly been well looked after

Brought my Mercedes ML from DWLeisure around two months ago car has being running perfect with no problems. It was nice to purchase a car from a dealership who don’t try high pressured sales or speak rubbish, I even pop back from time to time to find out how the gadgets work.
