I called yesterday about our tv that stopped working quite suddenly. The nice man who answered my call talked me through a few basic checks...and then he told me about the Virgin Media outage. He suggested I leave the TV off for a few hours to see if we were seeing the impact of the service outage.
Bingo! I thought this is a business to trust because he took time to see if we really needed to bring our TV in. So if I have any repairs needed I will be calling D. R. Osborne again.
