Derrick came out today 10th May 2021.He arrived at the time he said he would.The job was a leak plus the sound of running water.He found the problem straight away,a corroded pipe set in concrete, the tip sticking out had gone.What did we think,floor coming up cabinets moving,no a bypass with modern tubing and a number of new joints was suggested.The work was so tidy he wore a mask all the time.He cleaned up after himself,What was a major problem for us was dealt with professional care and knowledge.Derrick is first class and a great tradesman,he talked us through each procedure telling us why he was doing it.He put us at our ease.I cannot praise him enough.We are so glad we found him on here all his reviews tell you how great he is,he is a fantastic chap.

Prompt and excellent service - when my outside tap pipe burst due to the cold, Derrick was here within half an hour (as promised) and fixed the problem. Very knowledgeable, he knew what needed doing immediately, and was sure to tidy up afterwards too. Excellent plumber, will call again!
