Renovation of Bungalow.

Darren and his guys stepped in last minute after our planned contractor withdrew a week or so before works were due to start. From the initial site visit right through the works, Darren has been fantastic. He site managed the whole thing, was communicative and responsive and worked with us when things like the kitchen and other items were delivered late, yet still managed to complete the wor...ks in a timely manner. He and his guys were also fantastic at addressing issues as they arose. The quality of the work carried out by him and his team is great and completed to a very high standard. Works carried out included: Removal of internal wall. Opening up of an old fireplace and reinstating. Rewiring and other electrical work. Fitting of a new kitchen, including new plumbing, fitting of appliances and tiling. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending him to others and would definately use again.

Superb Team

Darren and his team have been helping us renovate an old bungalow in Woodditton. He has managed the project for us superbly. They have gone over and above to provide engineers when we have needed them (including a few last minute Saturdays) and the works have been finished to a great standard. We will definitely be using these guys to convert our garage to a bedroom in the coming months.

I had Darren Martin renovate my bungalow and I was very happy with the results.
He was professional, reliable, and the quality of his teams work was excellent.
He was always available to answer my questions and he was willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I was happy with the finished product.
He was very responsive to my requests and always made sure to get back to me promptly, and was very knowledgeable about what was needed to be done and was able to answer all of my questions.
His level of organisation kept my bungalow renovation on track, and the work was done really fast.
In addition his brilliant, friendly and expert team were very clean and tidy, considering all the upheaval the work involved, as they made sure to leave my home in good tidy condition at the end of each day for me.

I would highly recommend Darren Martin to anyone looking for a builder and I would not hesitate to use Darren Martin again.

I would definitely recommend D Martin, very professional and second to none service along with work.
The team were thoughtful and very clean and tidy.
I’ve used Darren for a few jobs now and I will still keep using, for all the reasons above.

Thank you. I was recommended Darren and was not let down. The lads that came to fit my light box, velux arrived punctually and laid dust sheets down as they entered. Throughout the time they spent in my house, they were very conscientious of keeping things protected and each night they left, they cleaned and tidied. The finished results are amazing and I’ve passed on his details to a couple of friends already. A great team of workman

Darren and team were excellent and extremely responsive to any requests as well as providing some excellent advice and suggestions. Prices were reasonable and extras were by no means excessive or inflated. Darren and team carried out very extensive building works including a full rewrite and replumbing as well as decorating and fitting new kitchen and bathroom to an extremely high standards. Great work by a helpful and professional team.

This company was recommended to me by some friends that I had known for many years as I didn’t know of any local builders. Darren’s builder did a fantastic job of pointing up an ornate Victorian garden wall for me. The chap was punctual and the job was very well done. It looked like a new wall when finished and he cleaned up afterwards. It wasn’t an easy job but Darren was still prepared to take the job on and I’m so pleased with the final result.

Very helpful building company. They were hard working, neat and tidy and kept us informed of deliveries at all times. They were working under difficult circumstances because of Covid-19 but they practised social distancing at all times and were aware of all government guidelines. They finished on time and in budget.
