Mr MacIntosh came highly recommended by a local well respected member of the Forres business community. He replaced my outdated storage heating with an oil fired system, installing a 2500 litre oil tank to the rear of my property + an internal Worcester central heating boiler in my garage. Storage radiators were replaced / repositioned with efficient radiators for the new system. He plumbed in my new kitchen & utility room + two new bathrooms with showers & toilets. A sink unit was also fitted in my garage. It was necessary for him to liaise with numerous local tradesmen who were refurbishing my property at the same time.
David tackled a monumental job in a well co-ordinated, professional & extremely efficiently manner, giving invaluable advice along the way. 5 stars from me.

David and Alastair installed a new bathroom for my Father-in -law.
They made a fantastic job. The finish is superb.
I also had to call him out to check the boiler and attend to a leaking kitchen sink, the response was quick,they were kind and thoughtful,just what you want for an elderly man.

David is our ‘go to’ plumber, from smaller jobs like fixing a leaking shower waste pipe, to plumbing in a replacement en suite, and with his years of experience he was able to give us useful advice when we replacing our kitchen and utility room.
David is reliable competent and obliging we highly recommend him.

I'm very sorry to say that the only reason this local plumber has been given 1 star is that he turned up.
Basically, after two visits (and a phone call from her daughter) to my elderly mother, charging her almost £200, someone from his business 'fixed' her leak with denso tape. (Yes- denso tape. And photos were taken it was so appalling) Apparently the problem was that the kitchen was 'from IKEA and he couldn't get parts'.
Scottish water and the plumber who eventually sorted everything, were utterly horrified to see the ' work'.
I'm sad that advantage was taken of a lady he has previously worked for and will never recommend this business to anyone. Indeed, I may go so far as to urge you not to give this firm business.
