Dan could have not been more efficient with his report and calculations. Dan is very friendly and everything is scrutinized on-site to get the optimum results without compromise. We needed a calculation for steel for taking down an internal load-balancing wall to make our kitchen open-plan with dining room. Dan assessed, advised, and issued calcs that were perfect for NCC building control and builders to successfully complete my project with least fuss possible. I would highly recommend using DMT
