I recently turned on my heating and it made a funny noise and there was no heat anywhere in the house. My elderly mother lives with us and I was desperate to get the heating working for her. I called DME and explained the situation I was in, the young lady was very helpful and told me she would call back as soon as she had spoken to someone, true to her word she called within 5 minutes of my call, and informed me that an engineer could come out to me today, I was so pleased. The engineer came out within the hour, they did a fantastic job repairing my boiler and getting the heating back on. They were very tidy and cleaned up after themselves, I could not have asked for a better service from DME I would strongly recommend them, which I have done to my friends.

In October 2018 we decided to put our heating on but unfortunately it did not work. I called DME Bath where the staff were really helpful. Dean came out the next day and fixed our problem. He worked with great professionalism and tided up after himself which in my opinion was great. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I can't recommend this company. We called on their services back when the weather was freezing and we had snow in Feb/Mar 18. We have only just had the boiler completed and the invoices sent over (Jul 18). This appears to be due to the company favoring the commercial side of the market, rather than residential and domestic repairs and installations. We were very much lower on their priority list and not given clear dates and times to work around. They were constantly on other bigger jobs. I would suggest finding an alternative company that can dedicate their time, be clear on when to expect them, to complete the installation and not leave it partly complete and to invoice you in a suitable amount of time. This job has taken the best part of 5 months, just to diagnose an old boiler as defunct and install a new boiler! I'm sure that other companies could achieve the same result in far less time.

Engineer called to boiler leak from diverter valve. Said he would not be able to source a part over weekend. After he left I sourced a part myself in Bath, picked it up but could not contact him to fit it. I had to source another plumber to fit the part. 16 months later I got a reminder to pay a bill for just telling me I had a leak without fixing it. Poor service combined with poor accounting.

New Boiler Installation

We used Dean after he fitted one of our neighbours house.

Very please with the standard of work, he was very reliable. Always here when he said he'd be. Work came in on time and budget. I'd happily use again and recommend to others.
