Poor customer service

I emailed an enquiry to this company prior to placing an order. After a week I hadn't received a reply, so I guess customer service doesn't figure highly in this company's priorities. Needless to say, I shopped elsewhere!

We are sorry you had this experience although the company had major refurbishment over the last six months and has only moved back into new premises. I am sure if you contact them again you will have a better experience.
