This is a new replacement electric storage heater. We removed the old one safely (which contained Asbestos) and replaced with a modern type to match the existing supply cabling.
We were called out to an electrical fault in the fuse board which we traced to this burnt out underfloor heating timer that was overloaded. It had caught fire but luckily the power cut out in time for it to self extinguish.
We traced this fault back to faulty wiring within the wall of a kitchen. It was slightly damaged by builders and covered up. We found and repaired this on the day.
This socket was overloaded and started to catch fire. Customer switched off just in time.
Blue LED lighting in bathroom recessed shelf. Waterproof and safe.
3 Phase commercial isolation switches replaced in boiler room for the whole building.
Open consumer unit upgraded from an old 1980's unit.
LED down lights installed in extension with x4 flush mounted high quality ceiling speakers.
Electric induction hob.
Electric meter box installed for housing equipment outside. All waterproof.
All new wiring installed for kitchen including appliances and lighting.
We are highly experienced in carrying out fault finding work and repairs on damaged or problem wiring.

Dave came to fix a line of faulty sockets and quickly found the source of problem. He was very friendly and patiently explained everything in detail, keeping us updated throughout the job. Price was exactly as quoted and he did a great and tidy job. Would definitely use DKP Electrics again.
