From the moment we met Sandy we were impressed with his approach, attention to detail and his vast experience and knowledge.
From our initial consultation he listened and offered ideas for our project and worked with us to design something both practical and aesthetically pleasing.
He produced the design and building control drawings, applied for planning, liaised with the planners, building control, our builder and even the structural engineer all whilst keeping us in the loop with regular communications.
His pricing was up front and fair and his drawings are extremely detailed, something the builder mentioned is way above the usual plans they receive.

Just had planning permission granted as well as conditional building regs approved for a single story side extension after using D.J.S Architectural Services Ltd. Sandy was superb from start to finish. He was really informative in the early meetings on the process and what to expect. He was on call throughout to answer any questions we had, he listened to our feedback and amended plans accordingly (always with helpful advice) and was always prompt with his responses. He kept us up to date with developments regularly and whole thing was really smooth, ending with us now having excellent quality, detailed plans and the necessary permissions to proceed (much quicker than first anticipated). Very professional, very informative, trustworthy! Overall I found the service to be outstanding and have no complaints whatsoever. I would thoroughly recommend DJS to anyone looking to have some building work done to their home!

After a long search to find someone who was willing to take on a garage extension it was a relief to find Sandy. He was punctual to his first visit and made a good impression. We choose to pay a little bit extra for his services as the reviews were all positive unlike some of the cheaper companies who had mostly negative comments.
It has been a smooth experience though out and has resulted in good quality plans. He worked with our requirements and made suggestions to help modify where needed. We also received the first version of our plans very quickly and all additions/amendments were made in good time also.
Only negative was we were informed of the incorrect price for the council submission which held up the planning permission by three weeks. Not an issue on our time frame but some builds could be a little more sensitive.
I would recommend his services however and have been happy with the work we received.
