Dave agreed to come and sort out my tiling due to previous bad workmanship. Promised to come and sort out, texted several time and no reply. DO NOT USE - and he was recommended by the Ceramic tile distribution who I have advised about my experience with him.

Dave came around and quoted a price that we both agreed on and said he would commence work on the 13th November. I ripped up my original wood flooring, from hallway, kitchen, removed toilet and sink from downstairs bathroom on the Thursday before so Dave would have a clean space to work with. Text him on the Sunday afternoon to confirm what time he would be starting on Monday, text him again a hour later and rang him 4 times all with no reply. I now have a downstairs that is upside down with £300 worth of tiles that are sat in my hallway. Plus all tilers I have contacted cannot fit me in to after Christmas. Very unprofessional and not a good businessman.

Slate floor

We had are downstairs tiled in slate on are cottage and Dave and his team were fantastic very helpful in ideas and to the finished job very polite and professional and very tidy and clean throughout the job would highly recommend
