Absolutely appalling service, booked a taxi a day in advance for school run and driver not even identified until 10 mins after the time of departure meaning kids were late for school. I promptly cancelled the home time run as well and went for another taxi service

Have just spent a week in Stapleford Nottingham for our daughters wedding in the city centre. We used DG everyday to come in and out of the city with a combination of pre booked as well as using the app to get a taxi as needed. I would just like to initially say a massive thankyou as the service provided was faultless and all your drivers were a pleasure to meet. You made the week run like clockwork so thankyou. Booked a taxi to take me to the City Hospital to see my cancer consultant. Phoned them a couple of times to see when the taxi was due to arrive. At just 20 minutes before my appointment time they said that they would send someone but it was busy. They still took my money after I cancelled the taxi.

The service is second to none They are always on time . Polite courteous drivers . My wife had to be admitted to hospital and they very sympathetic. They are my taxi of choice now
