Terrible Experience and Product
1Called again for urgent help, was told there was no emergency service so needed to wait for one week. One week later I was informed the engineer couldn't come due to flooding in his/her area, and I needed to wait for another week.
This is completely unacceptable! I really don't know how they can get 4.9/5 rating with this kind of product and service!
Hi Brian, We are a family run business and take pride in our service and products. Unfortunately, sometimes, things go wrong. However, we always return to ensure things are rectified. As we have done so in this instance. Please note, at every request, we have booked out a call out within a reasonable time, and at every visit the door has been left as fully operational.
