Had 2 cleaners for 2 hours to clean a empty house they did nothing? The kitchen cupboards had food debris on the shelves ,ketchup on cupboard doors ,cobwebs in kitchen,the cooker was not touched the whole house was
Disgusting not even hoovered, I think this was utterly disgusting considering they are supposed to be a professional company! DO NOT USE THEM! extremely over priced considering they did f all!!

The company quoted £250 +vat for a "deep clean throughout." Toilets, shower, tub, and sinks were left completely untouched, as well as many undusted areas. The stove, oven, grill, and microwave were not cleaned. Items were moved and then not put back, and many items had to be searched for, and were found in odd places. We're still searching for some missing items.

We complained to the company and were told the team needed more training in a "deep clean throughout," and they offered us a £20 refund as a "token of good faith."

I believe the team had not been told this was to be a "deep clean throughout," and that the company placed the blame on their employees, and left their customer to pay for their mistake.

Would I recommend this company to anyone? I guess that depends upon how much one wants to pay £250 +vat to do their own cleaning and a thorough search of their property for missing items. If that's something you enjoy, then yes, definitely hire this company.

I used DC to deep clean my new home prior to moving in. There was a lot of dust and dirt from the old owners and DC were nothing but amazing. Outstanding results at a fantastic price. They cleaned all my carpets making them look like new and smelling so fresh, the house was cleaned from top to bottom and left gleaming, the windows inside and out were cleaned and sparking and they even cleaned the gutters out for me. As an additional job I got them back a few weeks later to cut my grass for me and it was a very professional service with very friendly staff. I will definitely be using them again.
