Unreliable

Repeatedly cancelled pre arranged visits each time for plausible reasons - someone off sick, lorry broken down and can’t get parts. However these unfortunate events seem to happen to them regularly and I do need my cess pit emptying once a year! This has happened. Half a dozen times. A different reason each time. They take the booking then don’t turn up - when you contact them there is an excuse.
