Absolutely blown away by the service I received from DB auto. They completed the job in a super fast time, and bent over backwards to do everything they could to make sure I was happy. They even collected and dropped off my vehicle.
It was dropped off sparkling clean and they did a great job on the repair.

Accident repair and paint work

Fast, efficient, friendly service.
Professional workmanship carried out to a high standard.
Recently had my BMW 520d M sport in for an accident repair and paint job.
My car was fixed in a few days and looking like new again.
I was given a courtesy car VW Golf Bluemotion, which was a brilliant car fitted to a high standard.
I would definitely go back to them again in the future if I had to so I would give them my recommendation.

Very poor customer service

My small car had suffered some minor damage to the front off-side bumper corner. I took it DB first thing one morning at the end of July where I met the manager who was pleasant & helpful and wrote down details of the damage and told me what needed to be done. He would email me an estimate that afternoon and arrange for the work to be done. Nothing heard. Two days later I phoned and spoke to him. This time his manner was offhand and he said he had no details of my visit to hand & would phone me back within 1/2 an hour. Again nothing heard. I got the impression that my job was too small and he could not be bothered with it. Happily I found another workshop where nothing was too much trouble, the price was very reasonable and the job done quickly on an agreed day. DB Auto Repairs let me down not once but twice. I shall not try to use them again nor shall I feel able to recommend them.
