Fantastic service from Kevin for the purchase and installation of our new Solidor Front Door. The experience was great, from coming into the showroom with a warm welcome and help to choose our door design, to the installation by Owen and the aftersales service to ensure we had the finish we wanted.
Our new front door has transformed our house and the quality of the Solidor is beyond our expectations. I would absolutely recommend this business if you are also looking for windows or doors.

Bungalow Refurbishment

We are very pleased with D&M. from the beginning they were very keen to provide for our exacting specifications, where other firms would say 'this is our product, take it or leave it'. even when it came to installation, they were still willing to make adjustments. We changed a lot of windows, three of which required building alteration. All this was done well and the finish was precise and tidy. There were some minor issues with one or two windows, but D&M did not quibble about returning to address these. Overall we would thoroughly recommend this firm.

An exceptional job from start to finish!

I went to D and M windows for heritage style windows and doors for our country cottage style property. I had previously enquired with other providers and had chosen the style of windows that I wanted but these providers were not able to offer me the style of doors and French doors that I wanted. I spoke to Michelle about my problem and she immediately understood and knew where to go to get me the doors and French doors that I wanted. Her knowledge of the industry is huge and she worked very hard to make sure that she could provide me with exactly what I wanted. Not only that but when they were finally fitted they were done to an extremely high standard with little mess and everything being cleared up as the fitters worked. I would highly recommend D and M windows for their commitment to their customers and their extremely high standards. We are over the moon with our windows and doors and they have totally transformed our house.

Replacement windows and doors

We had all our doors and windows replaced by D And M using Evolution windows. They were recommended by one of our neighbours. We found the service from them excellent throughout. Their technical knowledge informed our final choice and provided reassurance. They were extremely thorough in the on site survey for the specification and order. The fitters were both very professional and completed the fitting of three quite large bay windows very confidently, with no disruption to the internal decor of the house and were also exceptionally clean and tidy. We would thoroughly recommend them and are exceptionally pleased with the final look of the house which now looks like a better version of our original house but still true to style.

Extremely pleased with D and M

We went to D and M for our front door. They explained the different options, answered all our questions and were friendly and professional. They did not put pressure on us for a sale.
The door was expertly fitted on the agreed date by their fitter who took all the rubbish away and made sure things were clean and tidy before he left. We would definitely recommend D and M and will certainly use them again.
