Top Quality Carers

Diana and Michael helped us to care for our dad in his own home when he was discharged from hospital for palliative care following a terminal cancer diagnosis.

We cannot recommend Diana and Michael highly enough. Without their care, support and guidance we would not have been able to keep dad at home, which was his dying wish.

Diana and Michael are are truly lovely people who genuinely want to look after their clients with dignity and respect. They are extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of care and have a wonderful sense of humour which got us all through an extremely difficult period. They are Angels who were sent to us in our hour of need - thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

The Stewart family.

Diana&Michael cared for our dear Uncle Phil for the past year until he passed away on the 8th of October. We cannot put into words how grateful we are for the kindness & consideration they showed Phil during that time!Nothing was too much trouble for them, even taking him on his hospital appointments, which made things much easier for us!We highly recommend these two "ANGELS" to anybody that needs carers because Michael&Diana really do care!

Highest quality care

5
I would highly recommend Diana and Michael as home carers for your loved ones. My Mother was bedridden for many years, and we had many good carers over that time. But, without question D and M were the best. They provide excellent professional care, and at the same time very personal and friendly services - real genuine care! They never missed a day, and always called ahead if for any reason they were going to be even slightly late. When my Father had to go into hospital suddenly one night, it was D and M who stepped up their care for my Mother well over and above the call of duty. Throughout the time they cared for my Mother (until she passed away last year) they provided the highest possible quality of home care.

Fantastic carers

Diana and Michael were the sole carers of my 87-year-old grandmother Heather, who suffered from severe dementia and was bed bound, from September 2012 until she died in November 2013.

Prior to September 2012 they cared for her as part of their employment within a care agency. When the agency were no longer able to accommodate my grandmother's needs I employed them directly. During time with Heather I saw great improvement in her general health and state of mind. Basically my grandmother loved them, and she wasn't an easy woman to please.

I always felt confident that Diana and Michael were caring for Heather properly and with kindness, and had her long-term wellbeing in mind. They were always clean, efficient, punctual and responsible.

The main difference between Diana and Michael and a care agency is that they voluntarily go above and beyond the call of duty because they genuinely care about their clients. During the seven years in which Heather needed care in her home I witnessed carer after carer do the bare minimum during a visit. Diana and Michael would not only fulfil their basic duties but were kind enough to read to her, do drawings with her, decorate her room with balloons and bunting when it was her birthday (even though she couldn't remember it was her birthday) and even took her on day trips.

I trusted them with her implicitly, which was a great weight off my mind considering I didn't live locally, and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to you.
