Female engineer offering heating solutions to landlords & domestic clients

I've been ACS qualified since 2003, I am able to offer installation, service & repair of most natural gas appliances, and am training to be able to offer renewable alternatives.

I specifically offer a bespoke device for landlords to project manage repairs to their properties, able to tie in visits to resolve problems with heating and other trades to minimise inconvenience to tenants, letting agents and key holders as well as eliminating the need to spend time looking for multiple trades people and pay multiple callout fees.

I'm currently working towards being able to carry out energy performance assessments and certification. This will allow me to provide landlords with a detailed report on the efficiency of landlords properties, as well as options to bring them up to the latest legislation, or simply to advise that they already meet those requirements.

A proud member of the LGBT community, I am currently offering my availability in Edinburgh, Glasgow and surrounding areas.

I had Nicola do some work for me last year in Shotts (Sorry I'm late with this review!) She knows her stuff, is reliable and reasonably priced. I'll be making D&I my 1st call in future. We've all encountered unreliable tradespeople before, but Nicola is a welcome exception.

I have just had a boiler installed by D&I Heating(Nicola). I can say that from start to finish she displayed the qualities of a first class engineer. All work was carried out to a very high quality, all checks carried out and explained. A very tidy & methodical worker with a huge depth of technical knowledge in her field. I am not easily impressed by tradespeople, I have nothing but utter respect for Nicola and would highly recommend her before anyone else, you will be glad you did.

I Called D&I Heating to see if it were possible to get a Radiator Re-instated. I agreed for Nicola to come and basically Survey what was required, Nicola thoroughly advised all that the re-instatement fully entailed, was so so pleased that Nicola could come on Monday!
Nicola Messaged to advise her time of attending on the day the Works were getting completed and sure enough Nicola arrived promptly.
After all the obstacles that Nicola was posed with ( not any faults caused by Nicola ) she managed to Re-instate the Radiator and now we have a Fully Heated Home 😁
Nicola is very friendly and above all else she’s a very conscientious Heating Engineer with a vast knowledge of everything to do with Boilers, Plumbing etc etc etc
Finally on closing if you want a Great Job being done then Nicola is the Engineer you need, she’s Friendly, Knowledgeable, Tidy and does a Fantastic Job and very Competitive on Pricing.

Fantastic service from Nicola at D&I Heating from start to finish. We went with Nicola to replace our boiler as she was the only tradesperson to ask about the boiler and take my questions seriously when quoting for a new bathroom. She quoted clearly and quickly, kept in touch when she said she would, and arrived on time and ready to go. The boiler replacement included replacing all the gas pipes and the work was completed within 2 days with the highest professionalism. The new boiler and thermostat were clearly explained and all the tools and debris cleared away. As a member of the Women's Trade Network (?) there is a positive action element to the contract, supporting other women come into the trade which we were very happy to support, and so we were delighted to meet K who was on work experience on this job. Without any hesitation, we recommend D&I Heating for Nicola's work and mission.
