The workouts have rejuvenated my body, I am able to manipulate my bike faster and harder, go harder for longer, and sustain all out efforts for whole races. I feel that when I tumble (regularly) I am less likely to pull or tweak something.
I have seen a number of changes that were unexpected on top of the building strength and speed on the bike. My flexibility has improved massively, so much so I have needed to move my position on the bike which is allowing for greater range of motion, not to mention recovery and general mobility.
After only two months, my core strength has improved, my balance is way better and my power is showing gains across the board, my ftp had dropped over the last year, new record just in, along with my sprint and climbing power, showing increases and setting new PBs.
Back pain has disappeared with lots of stability work done. Making big miles much more enjoyable due to the increase in comfort on the bike.

I have much improved functional strength; the stretching has really helped with flexibility. I went into this with a good level of fitness but really feel overall fitness has improved. I also feel more balanced (not just strong legs)
I found in these 2 weeks I felt a lot stronger, and it really helped my cycling. I'm seeing weight loss, strength and being fitter on my bike. I'm so happy and can't wait to start my next month with Andrew. I'm more confident with more energy. I'm flying up them hills.

I followed Andrew for a few weeks on Facebook before finally signing up for a training program, something that I am so glad to have done.

I signed up with the intention to conquer a certain climb, something that I had struggled with previously. After our initial review Andrew wrote a bespoke training program that hasn’t just improved my cycling performance, it’s improved my overall fitness and with it my mental health far more than I could imagine. The training programs are really easy to follow through the app and he is always available if I require any guidance in any of the process.

I am looking forward to continuing this journey together and continuing the improvements both on and off the bike

Ive been a client with Andrew for about 6 months in the build up to an Ironman 70.3

He set me up on a plan that aimed to get me stronger and more confident on the bike element. Ive always spent time getting out on the road but wanted to try and accelerate my progress.

Andrew has been great from day one - he is enthusiastic, knowledgable and really efficient at creating relevant workouts that are progressive and fun to do. He is supportive and encouraging whilst remaining realistic about goals and time which has been helpful as I do shift work resulting in some sporadic workout times!

If you want to improve your performance in cycling Id recommend his plans. Improving cycling was my goal however I have seen changes in running, swimming and my ability to do my day job (which is very active) as well improvements in some MSK issues assisted with good solid core and mobility work.

Andrew provides an outstanding, bespoke, strength and conditioning training package for cyclists, and other athletes. He follows a structured and incremental approach to training with specific focused blocks on stability, endurance, strength and power. This means you become familiar with exercises and can see progress over a 4 week block, but then the programme progresses to the next phase, which means you never get bored and are constantly challenging your body. Andrew is also able to tailor exercises according to individual needs and preferences, to accommodate injuries and access to equipment. He is always contactable via the app or a call, and works together with you collaboratively and with a good sense of humour.

I can do so much more thanks to Andy

Andy has been training me for about a year, one hour session per week. My goals were to improve muscle mass but especially to protect my lower back and prevent any more slipped discs. I have definitely achieved those two goals as I have not had a reoccurrence of my back injury for almost a year now, whereas before my back would go every few months. His method is to devise plans for you that change every few weeks; they start by targeting form and technique, then move on to work on endurance and then strength. I definitely feel really tired after each session but I have improved strength and stamina enormously, and I will certainly continue training with Andy.

Cycling strength & fineness training

Since I started my journey with Andrew by strength fitness & flexibility have gone through the roof as a 63 year old man & relivletly new to cycling it’s just what I needed I’ve always kept fit but I’m really pleased with my flexibility & I can see the improvement when I do my stretching & I am also enjoying my training most of the time as I feel strong whist doing strength training & hitting some great distances and times on my bike

It goes without saying I would highly recommend Andrew’s coaching as i am proof it works and if you put in the work and follow the advice you’ll achieve your goals
