I Paid for a MTB Helmet From my Local Cycle kings In Wickford but After Riding Half a Mile down The Road My Head started to get Blisters as i Have My Head shaved and had marks on my Head what was the helmets Rivets making my Head Sore the Stores Guys are very helpful and had to phone there ceo for a Refund what they gave me after contacting her. i was told that i am now banned from the store over this. the owners Are Nasty & i will never buy from them Again as they are over priced and you can get stuff a lot cheaper online. but its very Annoying to think they ban people for asking for a refund over Faulty Goods No Wonder the Shop is Always Empty & Will Shut down soon when they keep banning there customers For No Good Reason Foe Asking For a Refund.

I went in today with electric bike told them just wanted the Rear brake done they said it would take 3-5 days I went home looked online and done it in 15 mins used to be very good

The lady who served me Gemma was a delight from start to finish very knowledgeable, helpful... she went completely out of her way for me in every way possible and really spent time listening to what I was looking for Helped me to pick the perfect bike for me.

I ordered 2 bikes if this company a week goes by they told me they was in stock but can’t deliver so I hired a van when I get to the shop they told me only 1 was ready and the other bike had scratches so they would deliver the other 1 so it cost me to hire the van then they called me yesterday to say the other 1 was ready which they said that would deliver to me so had to hire a van again at my cost which cost me £80 they never even gave me anything for my trouble would not use this company ever again and I will air my opinion

Excellent service which was promt, helpful, and good value when I needed a bike repair carried out. It is a really useful service to have as well as selling bikes.
