They went out of their way to help us in a tricky situation

I spoke to a very lovely lady on the phone, who really went above and beyond to move things around to try and fit us in at short notice, we needed a wheelchair taxi for an emergency appointment, the lady we spoke to gave us a set price which was comforting for us as we have been stung by the price of a taxi on the meter before using some other well known company’s of whom I will not name!...We were very anxious about getting to our appointment on time and there were a lot of road works around which didn’t help our anxiety either, but their driver was brilliant, I believe his name was Rich or Rick (my apologies if I’m incorrect on his name) he got us to our destination in good time despite all the road works, thankfully he knew a few alternative routes avoiding the road works so we could arrive on time, top service! Would highly recommend, we have saved your number on our phone for the next time we need you, hopefully I can give you more notice next time.

Taxi experience with Colehill & Wimborne Radio Cabs.

I have had problems with companies in Dorset when trying for an airport pickup. CWRC were the exception, prompt reply to my request, friendly drivers, clean cars and on time pickups. I travel from the U.S to Dorset quite frequently and will only use CWRC going forward for all of my taxi needs.

I recently set up an account with Colehill & Wimborne Radio Cabs, as I had to stop driving on medical grounds and have no other drivers in the family. Rich at CWRC was extremely helpful in setting up the facilities for me and after the first week of taxi rides everything ran smoothly. Will definitely use again

We were initially let down by another local taxi firm to take us back home to Ferndown from Parkstone Labour club on Saturday night. We called this number not expecting much since this is a Wimborne company and we were in Poole but they were very understanding and it turned out they had a driver in the area who showed up within 7 minutes of our phone call. We will definitely use this company again. Thanks again

Quick and helpful with the booking

We used CWRC for taking us from Merley to Bournemouth Airport, coming back in the early hours of the morning. Sarah was quick and helpful with the booking, and Rob was a great driver. Will be using many times again, thanks!
