Just had the guys sweep our chimney and install a cap. They also advised me to the cause of some non flu lined debris and why it happened and how to cure a draft if unused in winter without creating the risk of rising damp. Excellent service competitively priced friendly and neat and tidy .

So happy with my install. Chris and Dan were amazing. I enjoyed watching masters at work and they were so knowledgeable, accommodating and just all round professionals. 5 star service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kelly supports with all the paperwork, quotes and getting exactly what you want. I found her easy to deal with and really quick to respond and answer all my questions. I think I went to around 10 stove companies and I found CW Stoves the best for all the aspects I was looking for. Great value for money, really slick and efficient. If I could go back in time I wouldn’t change a thing. Chris does support with maintaining the flue and burner and I definitely won’t be going anywhere else.

Chris and the team were amazing from start to finish. They did exactly what the quote said. Highly recommend, thank you for my stove. Whole process was a lot less stressful than I thought.
