James and the team did a great job for us. Fully explained what needed doing to us and what they’d need and timeframes.
Brilliant finish on the flooring the laid for us and very tidy too - cleared up any mess made. Met all timelines they set and worked until they were happy with the finish.
We experienced a small issue with some of the boards, after talking to James, he came back to us, sorted everything out and gave us tips what to do for aftercare.
All in all a great experience and highly recommend.
Oh and they were very friendly too!
