Door not fit for purpose and company is not interested

This company made me an oak door for £950. 8 months later a panel has moved and split. It is opening at the corner of the panel. Despite this door being under guarantee they refuse to even come out and assess it. I have contacted them with a description of the fault and submitted photos but they refuse to do anything. I will have to take this to court. I expect this behaviour from a rogue trader not a large company. This has been a stressful and shocking experience. They are not members of the federation of master builders for a reason.

Very impressive.

Used this company last year for new windows and doors to an old property, was very impressed with the whole service. From our initial meeting with the director, whose advice was very good, right through to the lads that installed the job we were very happy with the whole set up. We have now got very nice windows and doors that suit the building and keep us much warmer than before, would recommend Custombuilt wholeheartedly.

Poor after sales service - poor attitude from management

Over the last 8 years have spent around £9000 with this company - poor attitude from management when required to call regards a malfunction from a window/ more recently from a door - after guarantee is up do not expect any helpful advice on how to rectify any problem - if any of the work requires fixing .On the positive tradesmen are excellent in first instance - but oh dear once you have paid for the job being done - don't look for any further assistance without being drawn into a confrontation by the owners . They need a course on customer service

Great workmanship throughout

We had Custombuilt Joinery ltd fit our new hardwood windows and doors about 10 years ago we are still delighted with the work they did and the quality of the doors and windows they fitted.
