needed a gas hob urgently at 7pm so went online found click and collect one 13.8 miles away for collection most others were 48 hours slot. paid online and awaited my ready for collection e mail next morning get a text at 11.30am order cancelled card not charged, no reason why or apology. Went to a local shop who took one off the display for me. Currys customer service is abysmal.

I have just visited this store to buy a lap top, even though they were not overly busy and I asked three people to help no one was interested. I waited for 20 minutes watching staff chatting and walked out. I will not be going back.

We visited the Worcester branch today to purchase 2 televisions. When we made the decision on which
2 televisions to purchase, we had to stand and wait in the TV display area for 20 mins before a currys assistant dealt with our purchase. There are no chairs for Senior Citizens to set while waiting and no water dispenser. For a business of this size you need to look after your customers a little more and make them feel comfortable while waiting to be served. I might add that the assistant who dealt with our purchase was very good and helpful. But it does not go well with customers who have to stand and wait so long. Comeon Currys make your customers feel welcome.

During Jan 2017 Currys appear to have been changing prices on a regular basis. Unfortunately the store does not keep up to date on current pricing. Hence when browsing the store it is very hard to determine an accurate price. My recent experience was to attempt to buy an oven which was incorrectly priced. When I attempted to purchase the item the actual current price quoted was £80 higher than that advertised on the shelf. Staff were quick to then remove the pricing. Upon challenge of the manager it was claimed that the item was not a 'stock' item and hence they did not have to sell at the advertised price. This is very misleading being as the item is for home delivery and centrally stocked. The annoying part is that the item was in central stock.

Hence overall very deceitful and terrible customer experience. I would highly recommend using other retailers who actually offer lower prices.
