Rubbish level of communication.

1
Absolutely useless about as helpful as 5 stars for not being helpful...
Went in store the other day bloke at the door said wait there and someone will be with you when the link between the supervisor and the person who could help was no more than 15 to 20 ft apart I was in the middle so 10ft away which seemed impossible..
So your means of being able to contact you ,along with your levels of communication are non existent..
No good and not happy.

No PC's - What!!!!!!!

1
Used the chat facility and the assistant didn't seem experienced in PC's. I wanted her to tell me what all-in-one pc's they had with a specific or similar processor and graphics card, I wasn't requiring anything top end. I said that I preferred HP, she said they didn't have any HP's but they did have an Lenovo and that was it. So they've lost a sale.

Useless customer service

1
Just wanted to find out if Currys had a part for my dishwasher before going to the store. Impossible to do so. Only one central phone number which directs you back to their website. No use at all.

Customer Service is diabolical

1
The customer service in Plymouth is diabolical. Went on Sunday to purchase a cooker. Finally found someone to ask if the cooker we were interested in was in stock. The person then informed us that we would need to wait until they found someone to assist us. The salesperson then proceeded to strut around the top floor of the store not doing anything. 15 minutes later we were spoken to by someone who usually deals with TVs only to be told that the item we wanted to purchase was not available. I do not understand why the first person that we spoke to could not look at stock rather than thinking they were too important to provide any customer service.
