Poor after service

I purchased a Zannuzi cooker on 25 05 2019 and I pay a support plan insurance to have my cooker cleaned every year well I have tried and tried to get my telephone call answered for months and months to no avail so I have decided that it’s no use having this ins policy it’s a wast of money I would like to cancel it and my money returned to me please ASAP so that I can afford a private oven cleaner thank you no I don’t rate curry’s at all.
