Absolutely awful. Ordered a phone to be delivered to the store- went to pick it up on the designated day and it wasn't there. There is no number to call, the customer centre are no help at all and they just keep telling me to go back to the store where I will be told the phone didn't arrive.

Spoken to very rudely when trying to arrange a repair service, and from there the service went from bad to worse.

My opinion.

Impossible to contact by phone. Staff need training. And to learn manners. I'll never use them again and definitely wouldn't recommend them. If they are cheaper. (I'm not sure they are. ) then there's a reason.
