Bought 6 items in Exeter store, paid over £1400 and agreed on delivery date. It’s been 12 days that my delivery is changing without a word of sorry in it. We have moved into our new home without a fridge, cooker and washing machine and other items. No help is available over the phone or online. No one cares about the customer. If you pay that’s it you just become a reference number and no matter how much you shout or scream no one is there to listen. Do not waste your money with this ungrateful company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Never buy again.
Today they were showing up with my purchase but the text said it will be delivered on 25th.

Another excellent retail experience! We went to the store because my wanted advice about buying a laptop and I wanted some information about tablets and / or Chromebooks. We had a short wait for assistance it came from a young man called Jerin who had not been working there long. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and could not have been more helpful.

As a result of his advice and help my wife got her laptop and I am now the very proud owner of an Asus Chromebook add to that the various ancillaries we also purchased it was a good day all round!

We purchased a Henry vacuum cleaner from PC World on 15th January. We were served by Sameera Operator 36. We would like to place on record that Sameera is an excellent member of staff.
