Went there to pick up a click and collect which had been paid for and they sold it. Won’t be shopping at that branch again.

You cannot speak to anyone once an order is taken.

So angry with curry’s they have a lack of customer care Ahmed ext 26774 is the most arrogant un helpful person I have ever spoke to , I do not recommend curry at all

we had a washing machine delivered today by the most obnoxious driver who would not take the packaging from the new machine which is what we paid for only after a very heated exchange did he reluctantly take it saying I'm doing you a favour and on leaving sarcastically said HAVE A NICE DAY . I do not expect to be talked to or treated in this manor; his appearance was dishevelled and his whole persona was surly and aggressive not a good advertisement for the compa

Bought item at Horstead Retail park that was supposed to have money off. Imagine my surprise when I found out that the discount had not been applied. Tried to phone to talk to someone but was told to go to store to sort out. Returning back to curry’s would have cost me most of the discount so why should I have to waste my money this way. There is only one way of contacting anyone actually working at the curry’s store except by giving them our email address and hoping (and hopefully not waiting until h**l freezes over) that someone will eventually gets back to us. There are hoping that with all the hassle we just won’t bother with this. How many other people have done this too and got away with keeping other peoples money.
