Many thanks to Evan today when dealing with our microwave purchase. We had to return one which was unsuitable and when selecting another he sorted out other issues with a professional manner. He is an asset to the store. Great customer service Evan.

Useless, selling home edition laptops, sold as business edition items via the business account page, then telling us it is our fault. When flagging this i spent an hour on their chat and video line and guessed they wanted me to give up.

Honestly one of the worst retail experiences! was gandering for ages, no one approached me or offered to help. When I finally asked someone for help, they said they’d be right back or get someone to help me and just never. I was in the store for over an hour, knew roughly what I wanted and left empty handed, pure frustration.

Really don't understand the attitude of the staff at this company. I went to the store to purchase an expensive Fridge Freezer. Started well with a very helpful young man showing me how it all worked, thanks! Currys then promised to price match and the Manager (name starts with letter L but am sure I cannot mention him) agreed to price match with AO, I queued for about 10 minutes to purchase the item, at the agreed price and the same as AO. The manager then changed his mind, literally, and wouldn't match the price, As you can see by photo, attached, I came home and purchased the item with AO - it's all about Customer Service Currys and to be frank yours stinks!
