I take great pleasure in showcasing my style and philosophy on the art of cakes. From simple butter cream with delicate flavours to fondant-covered confectionary masterpieces, I will work with you to select flavours & designs that inspire & meet your exact need. It's important to me that your cake is your own, not a copy of someone else's cake, it should be tailored to suit your special day, your style & theme. It's amazing for me to speak to a couple and recreate the cake of their dreams!

Cupcakes are one of my specialities, these can be made even more exciting than a large cake! A cupcake tower can be dessert, or indeed used as favours for guests to take away with them. Cupcakes can be themed around cocktails, with various delicious flavours & decoration.

Of course it’s not just about weddings but christenings, birthdays, anniversaries too.

I also bake Pupcakes and DogBix. All of the recipes are human & pooch friendly.
