Poor service, issues not dealt with

Culkin Plumbing and Heating were called in to examine and diagnose two problems. After two visits and and £500 bill both problems are still outstanding. Furthermore, on being advised that a change of part (plate exchanger) was necessary for the boiler, on which advice I acted, the engineer immediately presented me with the fact that this would not, in fact, solve the problem, and that another part was now necessary. What was presented as a solution was in fact just a way of getting further work. Not impressive.
