5I had purchased a house which was trashed. The house had not been cleaned for years (Kim and Aggie situation), nicotine running down the walls and a flea infestation of biblical proportion. There was no way one (shell shocked) person could tackle this.
I called Kate who put me at ease instantly, giving me sound advice and made me feel optimistic that this was only a temporary situation and the house would look 'like new' once they had been.
Kate and Louise were so nice, they spent two days powering through the filth, nicotine and fleas and I still can not believe the transformation. What they conquered has enabled me to start progressing with decorating 4 weeks early. Not a surface was left untouched.
I can not recommend higher, their service and their standard. You more than delivered on your promises.
