Attended Chelsea’s fitness festival day at the weekend and had a great time. Really worked out, did different classes to those I’m used to and met some nice people and l learned new nutritional info too, will definitely go the the next one and would highly recommend 😀

Great classes and trainers!

I've been doing the classes for just over a year now, and I have never felt stronger! The classes and trainers are fantastic, very personable (and tolerant haha). You can work at your level without feeling intimidated, and feel challenged in a positive manner. Classes are frequent and varied, and are all drop-in, so works perfect with my ever changing schedule. It's a great group to exercise with, they are all focused on getting fit while having fun. Would highly recommend!

Chelsea is a life changer!

I cannot recommend Chelsea enough, she has been my PT for a year and even with 2 sessions a week, I have never had the same workout twice. She makes working out fun and actually something to look forward to rather than dread! The effort she goes to in making workout plans keeps the sessions challenging yet extremely enjoyable.

Chelsea is my PT, she comes to my house, which makes it much easier for me to workout since I have small children. They often join in. Not only is Chelsea a great PT but she is great with kids, too.
I also go to her classes occasionally when I can. I really like the fact that there are so many options such as Boxercise, Legs, Bums and Tums, Body Blitz, Aerobic Blast and also a Mystery Night when you have no idea what the class is going to be. Chelsea makes the classes exciting and fun so you sometimes don't feel like you are working out, unless she makes you do bear crawls and/or burpees :)

Nutritional Plans with Csd

I would highly recommend Chelsea’s nutrition plans to anyone wishing to reset their eating habits. I’ve just completed a three week course and found it beneficial in so many ways. Chelsea constructs a detailed personalised plan with the very helpful addition of a comprehensive shopping list. After being stuck in a dietary rut for a long time I have found the plan very easy to follow. The recipes are delicious and I’ve even enjoyed cooking again. I’m feeling so much better - more energy and also some weight loss. So a no brainer - it’s been really worthwhile for me and I intend to carry on with it. It compliments Chelsea’s fitness classes perfectly.
