Incredibly Dissappointed

Initially they were very responsive to the first call and visit to our premises. After that we had to chase them 5 times over two months to get them to finalise the work which was multiple jobs at our business premises. Being continually told that someone was coming out and that someone would ring us back - we finally lost our patients and cancelled the order. A complete waste of time from start to finish.
