ashley, bob and Chris where outstanding Professional and customer service skills.

Left cables and nails all over the bathroom floor. Switched off our electricity, we had told them we were out of the country and would not be back for 6 weeks. Also threw his dirty rubbish into my toiletry bag, when we have a bathroom bin.
Their follow up was to say that their Engineer was thorough and that we were lying. Belinda the PA, did not apologise, refused to let us speak to the owner and then hung up.
First there is a safety responsibility by the Enginneer.
The company are also responsible for addressing complaints. It’s obvious from the reviews that they get lots of Complaints, but don’t know how to handle a complaint competently or how to emphasise.

Been having problems with freeview bad signal tv picture breaking up.Thanks to Ashley from crystal electronics.He has solved the problem,Ashley was very professional he explained everything he was fixing and reassured me it would work.This guy is a credit to your company a very polite young man so thank you Ashley & Crystal electronics,both me and my husband our very happy we have our tv back we are both retired so tv means a lot to us.
