Fantastic service from Jayne and her team at Crush Menswear. We ordered several suits for my wedding and we received honest expert advice and fitting which made the whole process enjoyable. The suits we chose were high quality Italian cut and the shoes and accessories were of equal quality. We all looked great on the day thanks to Crush Menswear.

Hired 8 suits for wedding, the blue tweed is stunning. Numerous people commented how extremely smart and well fitting they all were.
During the final fitting and collection 4 days before wedding, 1 person had lost weight and the suit didn’t fit as well. It was altered to perfection at such short notice. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff there.

I had both my wedding dress and men's suits from here and can honestly say the staff and service at crush/white orchid was exceptional!! They went out of their way to help me cater for all my needs. I got married on 28th dec which is a hectic time of year for anyone. The boss even met me on Christmas eve for the suits (when the shop was shut)
I felt the staff went above and beyond to help us ensure everything was perfect for our special day. The shop/dressing room, is the nicest in Swansea. It is modern and spacious with huge floor length mirrors. Would highly recommend!!

If you are thinking of purchasing your gown from White Orchid, Please think again.

Yes they are lovely when your choosing your gown but once they have your money, things start to go down hill.
They will probably get your order wrong, sizing wrong and overall not seem to be bothered about your feelings!!

They are a nightmare to get hold of, never call back & the owner has a bad attitude when After several mistakes all one after the other with my order of a wedding gown, bridesmaid dresses & flower girls dresses the owner's reply was "Why should we do any more to rectify the most recent mistakes as we are in your bad books already"

The poor seamstress that is self employed with them has to take all the rubbish as the "Store Manager" cant measure people correctly.

There are so many other wedding shops in Swansea that you can purchase beautiful dresses from but avoid White Orchid!
