Having been told our beloved family pet had severe cancer, following a £2000 bill that had not been communicated prior to agreeing to the investigatory work, we were informed that our family member had made a miraculous recovery.

Feeling confused, mislead and ultimately lied to a second opinion was sought who advised that had the situation been as severe as we were lead to believe the outcome would not have been so miraculous.

In addition, the veterinarians often could not communicate test results, repeatedly asking for time to study and digest or seek expert opinion - sometimes going weeks without an update on a (thought to be) life threatening condition. Dismissive reception and an utter lack of duty of care or consideration.
