When our electricity began tripping, and we could hear arcing from the main fuse box we were worried about losing all power, or worse, fire. We tried one of the so called emergency call out services. They were very keen to take our credit card details up front, quoted a horrendous hourly rate and said someone would contact us and come out straight away. We heard nothing further from them so late in the day we tried Croxfords. Their electrician came out first thing the next morning, a Friday, on his day off and did a temporary repair to make it safe. We needed a new main switch so he ordered the part and arrived with it Monday morning . Not only did he replace the switch but he also replaced a faulty switched socket for us. When we received the bill it was so reasonable that we queried it in case they had undercharged us, but they hadn't. We would definitely use them for any future work.

Very professional service. Polite, courteous and knowledgable. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had an electrical fault that was a complete mystery. Two electricians attended and were an absolute delight to deal with. Extremely courteous and thorough. A credit to Croxford. Arrived home to find the house put back to normal, probably tidier than when they arrived! Would 100% use their services again.
