Awful experience, stay away. Staff are rude and unhelpful. If they're that bad when you're looking to buy something then imagine what they'd be like if you had a problem with something you've bought?!?

I'm surprised at the reviews here. I had very good service and delivery within 2 weeks as they stated.

Ordered garden furniture in early June, was promised deliver beginning of August. Still not received my furniture, and looking back at all the reviews looks as if i wont get my furniture or my money back. Think before you buy from them. Wish I had gone else where, might have been enjoying my furniture by now.

Paid for our furniture 9 weeks ago and when I chased delivery was told they couldn’t provide the goods. A week later I’m still waiting for my refund. The owner wanted to wait til the manufacturer returned the money to him, before he processed my refund. Really!!! This is between him and them. They’ve already had my money nine weeks. Absolute joke of a company. The sales lady did her best to try and sort this out. I have no problem with her but the owner clearly doesn’t know how to run a business!

I made an order for garden furniture on 18th March and was given a delivery estimate of 1-2 weeks. It arrived after 9 days. I had been slightly nervous making an order having read the negative reviews. However my experience was excellent. Lee in the showroom was not at all pushy leaving us to make our choice. The employees who delivered the furniture were superbly efficient. All packaging was swiftly disposed off and I am now the proud owner of a very beautiful outdoor table and chairs at a competitive price.
