Miserable, belligerent owner. 3rd year in the row he's had my custom without any decent service. Maybe if he got of his derrière and engaged he wouldn't have so many bad reviews. I'd give a zero if I could. Taking custom elsewhere in the future for definite.

Avoid Avoid - get your Coal elsewhere!!

Arrogant , selfish and confrontational bloke answered the phone , purporting to be the owner.
I simply wanted a few bags of house coal delivered to my house in Pulford .
I only wanted 3 x 25 kg bags of house due to Legal regulations coming into force in a couple of months banning House coal in preference to Smokeless fuel , as we all strive to be more environmentally friendly.
The nasty man , Vince ,insisted on a Minimum Order Qty of 6 x 25 kg bags despite the fact that he was dropping off deliveries in the area the following week to villages Gresford , Marford Rossett etc.
The greedy man has also increased his prices by 30% , due to Cost of Living increases and coupled with the Minimum Order Qty he insists on makes him in my mind a selfish , individual who wants to maintain an abnormally high profit margin on coal sales and is passing on any cost of living increases to customers , who are already struggling , rather than absorb any increases himself. AVOID AVOID
