Reviews

Professional and considerate

I would highly recommend this practice. Professional staff and highly skilled dentists work here. I would personally recommend Dr. Vikram Kavi due to his professionalism, approachable attitude and extensive knowledge in implants. He had a genuinely caring attitude when I met him and encouraged me to ask any questions that I had about the treatment.
If you want excellent care and treatment, you should definitely visit.

Dissapointing service.

1
After arranging a implant appointment I was sent a letter requesting a £1000 deposit be made prior to the procedure. After querying the reasoning behind the deposit, I was advised there was concerns over patient ability to pay. The practice called the next day and cancelled the appointment stating that they did not like the fact they had queried their payment procedure. My general impression of this practice is that customer service is a secondary concern with cash being king.
