Don't trust them, they lie.

Rented a BPHA proerty so had to get the paint from them. They told me on the phone delivery day so I hired a decorator for that day. They never turned up, then claimed that they had never spoken to me before.
Avoid like the plague. Lost money because of them because decorator had no paint to work with.

Awful customer experience

Don't expect them to knock on your door when delivering goods. They phoned but because I didn't answer they didn't knock on my door. Promised another delivery day but didn't turn up. Weeks later, after no reply from emails sent asking for another delivery day, they turned up but because i live in a block of flats they didn't come to my front door. Instead I had to go to them and carry the items myself(I have a hand injury and have difficulties carrying heavy items) Plus drivers are rude and not at all friendly
