5We had a problem with our outside bell box, found Crown Alarms on this site and gave them a ring. Enquiry was handled very professionally and two days later their engineer Andy arrived and sorted all the issues with our system. He replaced bell box, battery and serviced the system. He came fully briefed, understood the system and in this COVID 19 situation came fully prepared and caused us no problems whatsoever. We have no hesitation in recommending both Andy and Crown Alarms.
