What a brilliant company.

From our first contact when going into the shop and then calling in to pay the balance on completion, this company shows the highest standard of knowledge of floors and coverings. We had the difficult problem of filling a 3 metre long hole, 30cm wide and some 10cm deep between 2 rooms and then levelling the floors together, 1floor concrete and 1floor wood. I can only say they were superb. the standard of workmanship, friendliness and attitude throughout was exceptional, They also did a brilliant job of fitting us into their already busy schedule over the Christmas period. I can only say, many many thanks to them all. We will most certainly give them our highest recommendations and use them again.

Wonky floors and stress, total disappointment

promised us perfection as it's all down to the prep work, charged us more on actual installation as they said they needed more screed to sort the floor out then left us with a wonky floor, were talking 10mm drop off over 24" distance which is really noticeable Offers to charge us more again to fix the problem after many attempts to get them to look at and fix the problem.

Outstanding service, product, cost, communication and reliability.

I first used Crowe Flooring around five years ago when I had Amtico installed in my open plan dining kitchen. I recently had a small extension to the rear of my property and I wanted the same flooring to continue from the dining room into the new extension. Crowe Flooring did a marvellous job of sourcing the exact same Amtico and fitting it in the new extension. So impressed with their quality of work and attention to detail I have since had Crowe Flooring back again to lay new flooring in my bathroom and en-suite.
