Over 45 min late with a taxi to small. Shocking 😱

Very prompt, helpful and friendly. Cars are always nice and clean and prices are very reasonable. This company is my go to taxi service.

LASTLY, tried to call me withheld on 3 separate occasions at 3.50am 2 days in a row and another later the 3rd time. Luckily my phone rejects these so they never woke me up you vindictive spiteful woman! Don't think I don't think it was you as I never receive withheld numbers. Childish and petty behavior. Disgusting.

Roles were even reversed on the phone and I apologised not once but TWICE, and still got abuse off of her! YOU SHOULD BE APOLOGISING TO ME AS YOU'RE THE EMPLOYEE. How hard was it for you to say, "Oh no worries, I'll have that cancelled for you, thanks so much for letting me know, have a good day"!?!

I'LL NEVER EVER BE USING THIS TAXI SERVICE AGAIN, CUSTOMER SERVICES IS OUTRAGEOUS AND CLEARLY ISN'T SUITED TO HER JOB! FIND ANOTHER JOB THAT DOESN'T INVOLVE YOU SPEAKING TO CUSTOMERS!!

Having had years of customer service experience myself, I would NEVER EVER dream of speaking to customers like the way she did. Absolutely horrible disgusting vile woman!! Pat on the back for ruining someone else's business reputation, she needs fired as I can see it's not the first time this has happened!

DESERVES NO STARS FOR HOW I WAS SPOKEN TO: Booked a last minute taxi due to our initial one was late. They were quick ish to send out their taxi. They are based in Bishopbriggs and I'm less than 10 min drive, it took them nearly 15 mins to arrive. We were needing a taxi ASAP which I already told the old woman on the phone. By chance our initial taxi arrived just minutes beforehand and as we were incredibly late already racing to catch our scheduled train, we took the first available taxi as you do, I phoned Cross Cabs OUT OF COURTESY to let them know that I needed to cancel to then get VERBAL ABUSE off the old woman on the phone saying that it's not fair on them. It isn't but the fact that I actually made a phone back to tell you I no longer needed your services instead of doing what most would do and not tell you! What did you expect me to do, get everyone off the current taxi and jump into yours?!
