We stayed in a property where Craig was the landlord in 2021/2022. I can honestly say this has been the nicest year of housing I have found in my studies. The landlord went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and was prompt in the rare instances anything broke. The house was in an impeccable condition when we moved in and we had a great line of communication with Craig throughout the year. The service we got from Croft properties has been remarkable and has completely changed my opinion on student letting agencies. Would 100% recommend to any prospective student looking for housing in Leeds.

Great house, fantastic landlord

We have just completed our 5th year in Gavin's properties. The 2 houses we stayed in (12 and 8 Walmsley) were both very well maintained, and homely, with plenty of well designed, modern storage. Any problems were sorted promptly, often within an hour of a message to Gavin, but certainly by the following day. It is by far the best experience of a landlord I have known from talking to friends in Leeds. Gavin takes great pride in his properties, the service he offers and he builds a good relationship with his tenants, so we always felt able to ask him any house queries we had. The properties are reasonably priced and definitely nicer than most other student accommodation I have seen. Thank you Gavin for always going above and beyond.

A wonderful landlord, made my student renting experience a breeze!

Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better landlord. Any issues we had were sorted very promptly, usually the next working day. The property was old but very well maintained and relatively cheap to rent too. You can tell that Gavin cares personally about his property as well as the tenants, a rarity for student properties I know from my friends experiences. This lead to me staying in the house I rented from Croft Properties for the entirety of my degree spent outside of university accommodation. I would absolutely rent from Croft Properties in the future if the opportunity were to present itself, their properties go fast though!

Excellent landlord and properties

Croft properties provides the ideal student accommodation. The houses are the best I’ve seen in my time in Leeds and affordable. Carpets and paint was refurbished straight before our tenancy. Gavin was extremely prompt to help with any issues and very considerate regarding the covid-19 pandemic. He clearly cares about his properties and his tenants. In future years I fully intend to use Croft properties again, and I highly recommend.

Beautiful properties and fantastic service.

I would highly recommend Croft Properties! Gavin has been excellent throughout the year - he has been extremely friendly, and brilliant responding to any issues, however minor they may be, on the same day. The house itself was lovely, with equally lovely neighbours, which made for a fantastic home for a group of final year students - I wish I had discovered Croft Properties sooner.
